J. Bradley McIntyre, MD – Biography
Dr. Bradley McIntyre is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist. He practices ear, nose, throat, and sinus care for children and adults with disorders of ear, nose, throat, allergy, sinus, hearing loss, thyroid, and head & neck cancer.
Dr. McIntyre is a native of Oklahoma. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He then completed a year of training in general surgery, followed by 4 years of training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX.
Dr. McIntyre is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Rhinologic Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He has several publications in medical journals, and he has presented research at national meetings. Dr. McIntyre practices general ear, nose, and throat medicine including pediatric otolaryngology, hearing and balance disorders, cancers of the head and neck, facial plastics and reconstructive surgery, and disorders of the voice.
His special interests include sinus and allergy disorders, minimally invasive balloon sinuplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, surgical management of sleep apnea, and thyroid surgery. Dr. McIntyre is happy to be a part of the Fort Worth community and is looking forward to serving your ear, nose, and throat needs!

- Research conducted on chronic rhinitis treatment using temperature-controlled radiofrequency neurolysis of the posterior nasal nerve area demonstrated that it was effective and safe. This minimally invasive in-office treatment for allergic and nonallergic chronic rhinitis resulted in improvement in symptoms without the side effects of pharmacological therapies that include intranasal antihistamines, corticosteroids, anticholinergic sprays, oral antihistamines, and immunotherapy.
